The fully-electric ID.R has completed a race to the top of the Tainmen Mountain Road in the fastest time ever recorded, serving as another major achievement for the company’s electromobility offensive.
Completing the 10.96km and 99 tight corners with an average of 10% gradient, in a time of just seven minutes and 38 seconds. And not a gram of CO2 was emitted from the car. This latest achievement is added to the growing list of records, which also includes the fastest all-electric lap record at the Nurburgring, and the fastest hill climb set at the Goodwood Festival of Speed this year.
