The update includes two battery sizes and three powertrain options from 204 PS to 286 PS

Škoda Auto has unveiled its updated Enyaq EV family, featuring a new design language and improved performance capabilities. The refreshed models, which have sold over 250,000 units since their 2020 launch, now offer ranges up to 365 miles and faster charging times.

“Since their launch in 2020, the Enyaq and Enyaq Coupé have made e-mobility a reality for over 250,000 customers,” said Klaus Zellmer, CEO of Škoda Auto. “Now the new Enyaq series brings fresh options and improvements to the table, including an even more stylish design.”

The updated lineup includes three powertrain options: the Enyaq 60 and Enyaq 85 with rear-wheel drive, and the all-wheel-drive Enyaq 85x. The 85x variant can charge from 10 to 80 percent in 28 minutes at DC fast-charging stations, with charging rates up to 175 kW.

The vehicles feature Škoda’s new Modern Solid design language, incorporating a glossy black Tech-Deck Face and revised LED Matrix beam headlights. Aerodynamic improvements have reduced the drag coefficient to 0.245 for the SUV and 0.229 for the Coupé version.

Martin Jahn, Škoda Board Member for Sales and Marketing, noted: “Following its predecessor’s strong performance, surpassing overall BEV market growth in Europe in 2024, this second generation of our best-selling Enyaq series is set to build on that success.”

In the UK, the Enyaq will be available in three trim levels: SE L, Edition, and SportLine. Standard features include heated front seats, tri-zone climate control, keyless entry, and predictive adaptive cruise control. The interior offers six design selections, including new sustainable options such as the Lodge Design Selection with eco-friendly materials.

The Enyaq 60’s electric motor produces 204 PS, while both the Enyaq 85 and 85x models deliver 286 PS. The base model achieves a range of 268 miles, with the 85 variants extending this to 359 miles for the standard version and 332 miles for the all-wheel-drive model.
