Polestar, the Swedish electric performance car manufacturer, made a strong showing at this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed, unveiling its latest concept car and displaying its growing lineup of electric vehicles.
The highlight of Polestar’s presence was the global debut of the Polestar Concept BST, a high-performance version of the company’s existing models. The concept features custom bodywork finished in motorsport silver, with flared arches, wide track, and 22-inch forged alloy wheels. Its aerodynamic design includes a vented bonnet, aggressive front splitter, and an extreme rear wing, all complemented by racing-inspired graphics.
“Goodwood Festival of Speed is full of the most exciting cars and the most enthusiastic crowds,” says Thomas Ingenlath, CEO of Polestar, “So it’s the perfect place for us to tease our Polestar Concept BST. This car is a demonstration of how far we can push our performance brand.”
Alongside the Concept BST, Polestar showcased its entire production lineup, including the Polestar 2, 3, and 4. The Polestar 6 Concept, an electric roadster, made its dynamic debut by participating in the festival’s famous hill climb. The Polestar 3 and 4, both luxury electric performance SUVs, are now available for order. Test drives for the Polestar 3 have begun, with Polestar 4 test drives set to start soon.
