Nissan’s all-wheel-drive Leaf Nismo RC, which has more than double the power and torque of its predecessor, has made its North American debut at CES in Las Vegas.
Developed by the OEM’s racing arm, the purpose-built electric racer features all-wheel-drive capability, with the dual electric motors (one at each end of the chassis) managing power independently to each axle. The total system output is 640Nm of instant torque to the wheels – each motor produces 120kW for a combined power of 240kW (326ps).
