Achieving Electric Mobility for All

In 2017, The City of Seattle released the Implementation Strategy of the Drive Clean Seattle Initiative, an initiative to reduce the city’s carbon emissions. The report provided a racial equity analysis and provided a toolkit to develop projects that bring clean mobility options to all Seattle communities.

Strategies and projects designed to make clean mobility options equitable so more communities have access to them are becoming a focus for government agencies and community-based organizations around the Pacific Northwest. This event will focus on the current and future programs in Seattle that increase accessibility to electric mobility options to a broader range of communities.
